By David Jackson, USA TODAY President Obama got to do one of the fun presidential things last night, paying tribute to artists honored by the Kennedy Center for lifetime achievement: Meryl Streep, Neil Diamond, Yo-Yo Ma, Sonny Rollins and Barbara Cook.
