Prime Rib Recipe for the Holidays

By Nancy Loughin My phone is ringing off the hook, and emails are asking for my “Prime Rib” recipe from last year. Prime rib is a very expensive "company's coming" cut of meat, and typically it only goes on sale around the holidays.

"Hey, while you're over there, can you give me a slice of that prime rib?" yells my dad. "Make it an end piece." My grandmother's ey.

"We always have prime rib for Christmas, but this year my daughter wanted a shrimp boil, so that is what we will be having. It will have shrimp, red potatoes, onions, corn on the cob, andouille sausage, garlic, and mushrooms.
